Our participation in Food & Hotel Vietnam went far beyond a simple exhibition; we saw it as a valuable encounter between Italy's rich culinary tradition and Vietnam's vibrant gastronomic culture. Building on the stimulating experience at Foodex Japan, where we had the privilege of dialoguing with professionals and buyers in a context of excellence and innovation, we enthusiastically welcomed the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the energy of Ho Chi Minh City and its peculiar sensibility for taste.
