Foodex Japan 2024, held from 5 to 8 March at Tokyo Big Sight, was for us an experience that transcended the simple concept of a trade fair.

More than an exhibition, it was an authentic dialogue between cultures of taste, an opportunity to present our specialities in a context where Japanese culinary tradition meets global influences.
