South Korea B2B Workshop 2026: A Bridge of Flavors Between Italy and Seoul
On April 13th and 14th, Best Italian Selection took part in the South Korea B2B Workshop 2026 organised by the Italian Trade Agency (ICE) at High Street Italia in Seoul — one of the most significant events for companies active in agri-food exports to the South Korean market.
The first day opened with an institutional session held in the presence of the Italian Ambassador to South Korea, Emilia Gatto, a clear signal of the strategic importance that the Korean market holds for the Made in Italy food & beverage sector. This was followed by targeted matchmaking sessions bringing together qualified buyers, importers and distributors with Italian producers — sessions designed to generate concrete business relationships, not merely contacts.
For Best Italian Selection, the South Korea B2B Workshop 2026 was a direct opportunity to listen to the market and present the Italian agri-food supply chains we represent. South Korea is a high-complexity, high-potential market: demand for authentic Italian products is growing, but capturing it requires physical presence, ongoing dialogue with local operators and an in-depth understanding of distribution dynamics.
Every meeting held in Seoul was an opportunity to translate the value of Made in Italy into measurable commercial outcomes, gather first-hand feedback from market operators and lay the groundwork for lasting partnerships.
Italian cuisine, recognised worldwide as a cultural heritage, served as the natural starting point for every business conversation.
The South Korea B2B Workshop 2026 reaffirms Best Italian Selection's strategic direction: building solid export channels through direct presence in target markets, cultivating relationships with local decision-makers and providing qualified representation for Italy's finest agri-food products.
