Information on the right of withdrawal Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer who qualifies as a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase contract, without giving any reason and without incurring costs other than those provided for by law, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate their decision by means of an explicit declaration sent to: Best Italian Selection S.r.l. – Via Mons. Aniello Vicinanza, 1/B – 84091 Battipaglia (SA) – Italy or by email to: customerservice@bestitalianselection.it The communication must contain at least:

• First name and last name of the Customer;
• Order number;
• Order date;
• Products for which the withdrawal is to be exercised;
• Telephone number and email of the Customer. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication is sent before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Exercising the withdrawal through the online digital function Pursuant to Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 209/2025 implementing EU Directive 2023/2673), in addition to the methods indicated above, the consumer Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal directly online, in a simple, immediate and traceable manner, through the dedicated digital function “Withdraw from the contract here“, available:

• on this “Right of Withdrawal” page, through the online withdrawal form provided below;
• in the footer of every page of the site;
• in the order confirmation email, through the dedicated link;
• on the “Order received” page, shown immediately after the purchase.
• The procedure is guided and includes the following steps:

1. the Customer enters the order number and the email address used for the purchase and receives a verification link by email;
2. selects the order and the products for which they wish to withdraw and completes the withdrawal declaration;
3. confirms the request through the dedicated “Confirm withdrawal” command. Once confirmed, the Customer will receive, without undue delay, on a durable medium (email), an acknowledgement containing the text of the withdrawal declaration, as well as the date and time of transmission. The withdrawal function is available for the entire 14-day period for exercising the right. The exclusions set out in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, indicated below, also apply to withdrawal exercised through this function.

Return of the products Following the withdrawal notice, the Customer must return the products no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract. The products must be returned to the following address: Best Italian Selection S.r.l. – Via Mons. Aniello Vicinanza, 1/B – 84091 Battipaglia (SA) – Italy The products must be returned:

• intact and unused;
• complete with all their parts;
• in their original packaging;
• adequately packed for transport;
• stored according to the instructions on the packaging. The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, Best Italian Selection S.r.l. will refund all payments received from the Customer, including the standard delivery costs incurred for sending the order. The refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. Best Italian Selection S.r.l. may, however, withhold the refund until the returned products have been received, or until the Customer provides evidence of having shipped them, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for by current legislation and, in particular, for:

• goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
• goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and which were opened after delivery;
• goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

Specific provisions for food products Best Italian Selection S.r.l. markets food products intended for human consumption, including, by way of example and not limited to:

• dry pasta; • sauces; • tomato preserves; • extra virgin olive oil; • patés and gastronomic specialties; • biscuits; • bakery products; • panettone and seasonal sweets; • wine; • sparkling wines; • liqueurs and grappa; • other packaged food products. For reasons of hygiene, food safety, traceability and consumer protection, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised where:
• the security seal has been removed or tampered with;
• the original packaging has been opened;
• the product has been consumed, even partially;
• the product shows alterations due to incorrect storage by the Customer;
• the labelling, closure or identifying elements are damaged or removed. In particular, returns of opened bottles of wine, sparkling wine, liqueurs or grappa, or with altered seals, will not be accepted, nor will food products that have been opened, tasted, used or that lack their intact original packaging. Best Italian Selection S.r.l. reserves the right to verify the integrity of the returned products before proceeding with any refund.

Damaged or non-conforming products The Customer retains the right to report any damaged, defective or non-conforming products within 48 hours of delivery by sending a communication to: customerservice@bestitalianselection.it accompanied by:

• order number; • description of the problem; • photographs of the product and of the packaging received.

In such cases, the protections provided for by current legislation on the legal guarantee of conformity will apply.
