- 150 gr Caciocavallo Cheese
- 1 Burrata Cheese
- 3 tablespoons BIS Classic Pesto
- Don Vincenzo Extra Virgin Olive Oil – to taste
- Salt – to taste
- Garlic – 1 clove
📝 DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the tomato sauce: In a pan, pour a little Don Vincenzo BIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sauté the garlic clove for a few seconds. Add the BIS Tomato Passata (Purée), season with salt, and let it cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
- Grate the caciocavallo cheese: While the sauce is cooking, grate the Caciocavallo cheese into thin flakes and set aside.
- Cook the spaghetti: Cook the BIS Spaghetti in plenty of salted water, following the cooking time indicated on the package. When they are al dente, drain them directly into a large bowl.
- Dress the spaghetti: Add the BIS Classic Pesto to the still-hot spaghetti and mix well to distribute the sauce evenly.
- Plating: Pour the tomato sauce on the base of the plate, then place a generous portion of pesto spaghetti on top. Finish with a good amount of grated Caciocavallo cheese and, if desired, a slice of burrata for an extra touch of creaminess.
