Thanks to the creaminess of the burrata, the flavour of the tomatoes and the crunchiness of the bread, they are an ideal solution for a quick meal.

🛒 INGREDIENTS

  • Bread: 1 piece
  • BIS Tomato Passata
  • BIS Aromatic Oil with Garlic 
  • Dried Oregano: 1 bunch
  • Fresh Basil
  • Salt: to taste

📝 DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare the Crostini:

    • Slice the bread into cubes.
    • Place them in a large bowl.
    • Add the BIS Tomato Passata and a generous drizzle of BIS Aromatic Oil with Garlic.
    • Sprinkle the oregano from the bunch into the bowl.
    • Add a pinch of salt and mix.
  • Cook:

    • Spread the croutons on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
    • Drizzle with oil.
    • Bake at 180°C (preheated static oven) for about 30-40 minutes.
  • Serve:

    • Arrange the croutons on a plate with the basil leaves.
    • Place the fresh burrata in the centre.
