🛒 INGREDIENTS
- Bread: 1 piece
- BIS Tomato Passata
- BIS Aromatic Oil with Garlic
- Dried Oregano: 1 bunch
- Fresh Basil
- Salt: to taste
📝 DIRECTIONS
Prepare the Crostini:
- Slice the bread into cubes.
- Place them in a large bowl.
- Add the BIS Tomato Passata and a generous drizzle of BIS Aromatic Oil with Garlic.
- Sprinkle the oregano from the bunch into the bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix.
Cook:
- Spread the croutons on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Drizzle with oil.
- Bake at 180°C (preheated static oven) for about 30-40 minutes.
Serve:
- Arrange the croutons on a plate with the basil leaves.
- Place the fresh burrata in the centre.
