A Genuine Taste of Made in Italy at Food & Hotel Hanoi 2025
Our participation in Food & Hotel Hanoi 2025, held from March 18th to 20th at the International Center for Exhibition (I.C.E.), was an engaging immersion into the heart of the vibrant Vietnamese market. Unlike large international fairs, FHH offered us the opportunity to connect more directly and purposefully with operators in the HoReCa and food & beverage sectors of Northern Vietnam, a region with a unique and rapidly growing culinary identity.
We enthusiastically welcomed the interest shown by visitors in our selection of authentic Italian products, sensing a genuine curiosity about the history, traditions, and quality behind each of our specialties. Meetings with local importers, distributors, hoteliers, and restaurateurs proved particularly fruitful, opening new avenues for collaboration and providing us with a deeper understanding of the specificities of Vietnamese taste and its evolution.
The welcoming and dynamic atmosphere of Hanoi, combined with FHH's focus on the local market, created an ideal environment for building solid and lasting relationships. We appreciated the opportunity to present our products in a more intimate and concentrated setting, fostering more direct and personalized dialogue with potential partners.
We are leaving Hanoi with a wealth of promising contacts and a renewed awareness of the Vietnamese market's potential for our excellence. Our presence at Food & Hotel Hanoi 2025 was not just a commercial showcase, but a true cultural exchange and a valuable opportunity to lay the foundations for a solid and lasting presence in Northern Vietnam, bringing with us the passion and authenticity of Made in Italy.
