Our participation in FOODEX JAPAN 2025, which celebrated its 50th anniversary from March 11th to 14th at Tokyo Big Sight, was a dynamic and engaging experience. In this special edition, we had the pleasure of complementing the presentation of our Italian agri-food excellence with the presence of the "Professore del Gusto," who enlivened our stand with exciting cooking shows.

These culinary events proved to be a true stage for showcasing the versatility and deliciousness of our products. The Professor of Taste, with his expertise and ability to engage the audience, skillfully transformed simple ingredients into tasty and appealing dishes, capturing the attention of buyers, distributors, and industry professionals.
