  • 4 dough balls of 280/300 gr each (or 1500 gr of single dough)
  • BIS Tomato Passata (Purée) – to taste
  • 400/450 gr Neapolitan Salami
  • 500 gr Fior di Latte Cheese
  • BIS Black Olives – to taste
  • Fresh Basil – to taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Don Vincenzo Extra Virgin Olive Oil – to taste
📝 DIRECTIONS
  • Preparing the pizza base: Start by preparing the pizza dough. If you have 4 dough balls, stretch them out on a floured surface, being careful not to flatten the edges to maintain a crispy crust. If you are using a single dough, divide it into portions and work each one until you reach the desired size.
  • Preparing the toppings: In a bowl, hand-crush the tomato passata (purée) and season with salt and pepper to taste. Dice the Fior di Latte cheese and set it aside. Slice the Neapolitan Salami into thin rounds.
  • Assembling the pizza: Spread the prepared tomato sauce on the pizza base, covering the entire surface evenly. Add the diced Fior di Latte cheese over the tomato sauce. Distribute the BIS Black Olives and the slices of Neapolitan Salami on the pizza. Drizzle with Don Vincenzo Extra Virgin Olive Oil to further enrich the flavor.
  • Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 250°C (482°F) for about 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  • Finishing and plating: Once cooked, take the pizza out of the oven and garnish with a few fresh basil leaves for a final aromatic touch.
