  • BIS Garlic Oil – to taste
  • Shallot – 1 clove
  • Garlic – 1 clove

📝 DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare the pea cream: Start by slicing the shallot and sautéing it in a pan with BIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Let the shallot brown nicely, then add the BIS Peas. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the peas are tender. Once ready, blend them with an immersion blender until you get a smooth and velvety cream.
  • Prepare the Parmesan fondue: Grate the Parmesan cheese and place it in a pan with the béchamel sauce. Stir over low heat until the cheese melts completely, creating a creamy fondue.
  • Prepare the garlic bread crumble: Cut the bread into cubes and finely chop it. Add a minced garlic clove and BIS Garlic Oil. Blend everything until you get a sandy mixture. Heat the mixture in a pan for a few minutes until it becomes crispy and golden brown.
