🌿 Focus on: Lasagna BIS
🛒 INGREDIENTS
- BIS Lasagna Sheets
- Bell Peppers: 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 green
- 350 ml Béchamel Sauce
- 300 g Classic Ground Pork
- 200 g Fresh Provola Cheese
- 100 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Don Vincenzo BIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
📝 DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the bell peppers: Wash the bell peppers and cut them first into strips, then into cubes. In a pan with Don Vincenzo BIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sauté them for a few minutes until they are soft but not mushy.
- Tricolor cream:
Take a portion of the bell peppers (about half of each color) and blend them with a little béchamel sauce until you obtain three creams:
- yellow
- red
- green (A true chromatic symphony 🌈)
- Cook the ground meat: In another pan, brown the ground pork with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. It should be well-cooked but still juicy.
- Assemble the lasagna: Start with a thin layer of green bell pepper cream, then a sheet of BIS Lasagna, followed by red cream, ground meat, diced bell peppers, and diced provola cheese. Repeat the layers alternating the creams (green, red, yellow) for at least 4-5 levels.
- Stringy and crunchy finish: Finish with a final layer of cream and abundant grated Parmesan cheese, which will form an irresistible crust in the oven.
- Cooking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
