An original, quick, and delicious way to enjoy the classic tiramisu in a completely new form! These magic spheres are perfect for a buffet, an elegant end to a meal, or for surprising friends with a dessert to eat in one bite. Preparing them is very easy, and you only need a few very high-quality ingredients, like our BIS Ladyfingers and the fragrant BIS Coffee.
🛒 INGREDIENTS
- 200 g BIS Ladyfingers
- 100 ml BIS Coffee (one generous cup)
- 100 g Mascarpone Cheese
- Hazelnut Cream Spread to taste
- Cocoa Powder to taste (sweet or unsweetened, as desired)
📝 DIRECTIONS
- Grind the ladyfingers: use a food processor to obtain a fine flour, starting with the BIS Ladyfingers, which are fragrant and light.
- Pour the ground ladyfingers into a bowl, add the BIS Coffee (already cold) and the mascarpone cheese.
- Mix with a spoon until you obtain a compact and workable mixture.
- Take a portion of the mixture, spread it on the palm of your hand, and place a teaspoon of hazelnut cream spread in the center. 💡 Tip: keep the cream in the fridge before use to make it easier to handle.
- Close the mixture, forming a small ball, and roll it in the cocoa powder.
- Continue until all the mixture is used up and place the spheres in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
